4.0 suitable components, it is an unrivaled machine with low energy consumption, fast cutting
capacity and minimum maintenance cost, fiber laser is a laser cutting machine with high
efficiency and upper segment standards. Dust collection covers are opened or closed according
to the movement of the cutting head. At the same time, it ensures that there is no burning
smell in the operating environment and that the smoke formed during the cutting process is
expelled. The dual cutting table system is designed to increase workflow, ease material insertion
and reduce time spent removing materials.
With the automatic sheet recognition feature, the angle and corner of the sheet relative to the
machine are automatically calculated with the 3-point identification method on the sheet. Fiber
lasers are maintenance free. They are long-lasting, with a diode life of approximately 100,000
hours.

WIDE CUTTING APPLICATIONS
Cutting Head ProCutter Zoom 2.0 provides maximum and flexible
performance in minimum space. For laser powers of up to 12 kW it
produces the perfect beam for all materials of any thickness and is
therefore versatile for your flatbed system.

 

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY AND HIGHEST EFFICIENCY
With the cutting head you always achieve optimum process results,
both in terms of quality and speed. Thanks to the extensive travel
paths and the variable magnification of the laser spot, the optimum
cutting and drilling action can be set for any type of material and any
thickness. Compared to a fixed magnification product, this provides
speed advantages of up to 35% in some laser cutting areas. The
extensive travel paths are particularly advantageous when machining
thick materials. New processes can be applied stably, resulting in
excellent roughness and squareness of the component.

SEGMENTED BOX DURABLE BODY DESIGN
The state-of-the-art aircraft technology used today is used in fuselage design and
construction. In this way, the body is at the highest level in terms of durability and strength
and shows durability for many years.

 

HELICAL RACK DRIVE SYSTEM
Axis movements are made with rack system. Since no extra drive
element is used between the engine and the pinion gear system,
there is no deviation in the dimensions. Thanks to the helical
gears machined with high precision, very high acceleration
(Comp. 28 m/s2), high movement speed (Comp. 170 m/min.) and
positioning tolerance (0.05 mm) are achieved.

 

LINEAR MOTOR MOTION SYSTEM
Axis movements are made with state-of-the-art linear motors
that can reach very high acceleration and movement speed
values. Thanks to the linear motors, very high acceleration
(Comp. 35 m/s2), high travel speed (Comp. 280 m)

 

NOZZLE CLEANING SYSTEM
Laser cutters have never been cheap, but thanks to fiber lasers,
this technology has the potential to prepare the masses – our
lasers can be purchased for 50% less than “big brand” machines,
making them accessible.

 

BECKHOFF CONTROLLER
Beckhoff implements open automation systems using PC-based
control technology. The product lines suitable for all areas can be
used as single components or together to form a complete and
fully compatible control system.

 

ENERGY EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM
It cools the laser and machine with water instead of chemical
refrigerants called F gases. In this way, it saves up to 80% energy
for the cooling process, does not contain any harmful substances
and makes it possible to save tons of CO2 on an annual basis. It
also reduces your maintenance costs by eliminating the need
for annual leak testing of the refrigerant. Thus, you achieve two
goals at once: You save costs and protect the environment.
