Fast approach, bending and return speed 2 mm above the plate speed change

With their wide range and movement, sheet metal bending machines
allow the application of deep parts and their integration with various
automation projects (robotic cells). In this type of equipment, when
the operator is not using the machine, the hydraulics are stopped
as the activation is done instantly by the servomotor. Servo motor
stopped means the hydraulic system is stationary; This saves energy
and benefits the environment.


GENERAL FEATURES
 

BACKGAUGE DRIVE

Press brakes are used to bend metal sheets. For this purpose,
a bending sheet presses a female die that determines the
bending angle. Steel sheets a few centimeters thick can be
folded and bent with modern press brakes, which are usually
CNC controlled. The multi-axis backstop using planetary gears
ensures precise positioning of metal sheets. This fulcrum
is controlled to repeatedly move between folds to produce
complex parts.


METAL PROCESSING
Crowning adjustment on sheet metal bending machines: The
high level of crowning during the bending process creates
elastic deformation in the frame of the bending machine.
This results in different bending angles that lead to defective
products. The crowning unit developed by Framo Morat adjusts
the required power requirement and thus avoids different
bending angles. This development has been carefully prepared
so that these units can be easily integrated into existing control
systems. Seamless integration into CNC control systems is
achieved using the integrated feedback system.

LIFT SHEET METAL EASILY
Over time, bending of large and heavy parts has a negative
impact on the health of even the strongest operators. The
bending aid prevents problems before they start. It helps
bend weights up to 300 kg, relieves the operator at angles
up to 30°, and its height can be adjusted automatically.

MOLD HOLDERS AND MOLDS
